The buyer may withdraw from the contract for standard goods within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason; they may also send a notice of withdrawal before delivery. The notice may be sent to info@gunerofis.com or to the seller's postal address. The product must be returned within 14 days after the notice.
The statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply to products that are genuinely produced according to the buyer's special request, including personalized or custom-sized products. The selection of a standard color or ready-made variant alone does not automatically create an exception for all products. Statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered products remain in effect.
Our designated return carrier is Yurtiçi Kargo. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is not charged for return shipping through Yurtiçi Kargo. If no return carrier is specified, the cost rule in the legislation applies. If the specified carrier does not have a branch in the consumer's location, the seller shall arrange for the collection of the product without charging additional costs.
The amount shall be refunded within 14 days from delivery to the specified return carrier; if a different carrier is used, from the product's arrival at the seller's location, in a manner appropriate to the payment method used in the purchase and free of charge. In the case of withdrawal before delivery, the period begins from the date of the notice. The consumer's ordinary inspection does not, by itself, waive the right of withdrawal.
Statutory rights of choice regarding defective goods are reserved. Complaints may be submitted through our communication channels. In the event of a dispute, the consumer arbitration committee or consumer courts may be applied to in accordance with the current jurisdiction and monetary limits; where necessary, pre-litigation mediation may be sought.
