Delivery is made within the time specified in the order. An additional 1–2 days is added to the stated delivery time for personalized products. For standard goods, the statutory upper limit of 30 days applies; for goods truly prepared specifically for the individual, the agreed-upon period is taken as the basis. If performance becomes impossible, notification is made within three days, and the collected amounts are refunded within 14 days from the notification. Lack of stock is not considered impossibility on its own.
