For orders in Türkiye, the current shipping charge is free for orders of TRY 1,500 or more and TRY 150 below that amount. The exact charge applicable to the order is shown before payment.

Delivery is made within the period specified in the order. An additional 1–2 days is added to the stated delivery time for personalized products. The statutory maximum of 30 days applies to standard goods; for goods genuinely made to order, the agreed period applies. If fulfillment becomes impossible, notice is given within three days and the amounts collected are refunded within 14 days of notification. Lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility of fulfillment.
