For standard goods, the buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery and may also send a withdrawal notice before delivery. Notice may be sent to info@gunerofis.com or to the seller’s postal address. The product must be returned within 14 days after notification.

The statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply to products genuinely made to the buyer’s specific requirements, such as products with a personalized name or logo or custom dimensions. Merely selecting a standard color or a ready-made variant does not automatically create an exception for all products. Statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly delivered products remain unaffected.

Our designated return carrier is Yurtiçi Kargo. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is not charged for return shipping through Yurtiçi Kargo. If no return carrier was specified, the statutory rule on costs applies. If the specified carrier has no branch where the consumer is located, the seller arranges collection without requesting an additional charge.

The payment is refunded without charge, using a method consistent with the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of handing the product to the specified return carrier; if a different carrier is used, this period starts when the seller receives the product. For withdrawal before delivery, the period starts upon notification. The consumer’s customary examination of the goods does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.

The statutory remedies for defective goods are reserved. Complaints may be submitted through our contact channels. In a dispute, consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction and monetary thresholds, and to pre-litigation mediation where required.
