Scope
This page explains the general terms of sales through the Güner Ofis online store. It does not contain buyer or price information for a specific order and does not replace the order-specific pre-contractual information and contract. Consumer transactions are subject to Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Order information and total price
The order-specific pre-contractual information and contract must include the buyer’s details, the product’s main characteristics, the selected variant and personalisation, quantity, price including taxes, discounts, shipping and additional charges, and payment and delivery terms. This information must be provided before the buyer becomes obliged to pay, and provision of the pre-contractual information must be confirmed.
Pre-selected options carrying extra charges do not create an additional payment obligation for the consumer; additional charges require explicit consent. The order contract must be provided to the buyer by email or another durable medium.
Delivery
Delivery takes place within the period stated in the order. For personalised products, 1–2 days are added to the stated period. The statutory maximum of 30 days applies to standard goods; for goods genuinely made to order, the agreed period applies. If performance becomes impossible, notice is given within three days and amounts collected are refunded within 14 days of that notice. Lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility.
Right of withdrawal
For standard goods, the buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery and may also send a withdrawal notice before delivery. Notice may be sent to info@gunerofis.com or to the seller’s postal address. The product must be sent back within 14 days after the notice.
The statutory exception to withdrawal may apply to products genuinely made to the buyer’s specific requirements, such as products with a name, logo or custom dimensions. Selecting a standard colour or ready-made variant does not automatically create an exception for every product. Statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly delivered products remain in effect.
Returns and refunds
Our designated return carrier is Yurtiçi Kargo. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is not charged shipping costs for returns sent with Yurtiçi Kargo. If no return carrier was specified in the pre-contractual information, the consumer cannot be held responsible for return costs. If the specified carrier has no branch where the consumer is located, the seller arranges collection without requesting an additional charge.
Payments that must be refunded, including delivery costs, are refunded within 14 days after the goods are handed to the designated return carrier, or, if a different carrier is used, after the goods reach the seller. Refunds are made using a method appropriate to the payment instrument used for the purchase, without charges. For withdrawal before delivery, the period begins with the withdrawal notice. Normal inspection of the product by the consumer does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.
Statutory remedies for defective goods are reserved. Complaints may be submitted through our contact channels. Disputes may be referred to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts under the applicable jurisdiction and monetary thresholds, and to pre-action mediation where required.
